About the Job

DK Global is the nations leading litigation visuals firm, producing 3D animations and illustrations to aid trial attorneys as they advocate for justice. The Visual Media Compositor will help DK Global’s marketing efforts to amplify our message and value via external communications to prospective, new and existing clients, with a focus on storytelling and attention to detail.

Working primarily with the Marketing department, the Visual Media Compositor will utilize expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition to edit, composite, and add motion graphics to visual media for promotional use and to externally communicate DK Global’s services, achievements, and promote upcoming events. Content will largely be provided by studio animators, illustrators and compositors, and will take the form of storyboards, 2D and 3D animations and illustrations. Editor reviews and edits raw film or video footage to clean up and help create a final video render. Adds sound effects, graphic and special effects, and improves the quality of video for the final product - digitally splicing film and video, and synchronizing them into one rough cut file: improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and any faulty footage and sound.

This position may also film video for projects and case features, including filming on location when necessary and will subsequently review and edit the video footage to create a final video render.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating polished videos using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Audition.
Ensuring marketing visual media aligns with company standards.
Create clear, concise, and compelling content.
Work with a variety of teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Trouble-shoot assets, file conversions, and any marketing-related concerns within a specific project.
Balance and anticipate all workflow challenges according to project deadlines, needs, and development.
Collaborates, provides feedback, suggestions and insight to team projects and other team members’ work.
Participates in collaboration sessions and meetings to advance the working projects toward desired outcomes.
Work closely with and support the Marketing Director and Art Director on all aspects of project development.
Film, edit and composite videos for case features and projects, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS or equivalent in related field.
Exceptional kinetic typographical skills, editing, and research skills.
6+ years of experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Understanding of 3D composition, render sequencing, and incorporating 3D file types into video production.
Effective communication skills and storytelling skills, both written and oral.
Ability to manage multiple projects and processes.
Experience with script writing is a plus.
Clean DMV Record.

PAY RATE: $23 - $29 hourly, depending on experience.

SCHEDULE: 40+ hours weekly - full time.
