WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
DK Global is looking for an experienced professional to manage and oversee the production of internal and external projects. The ideal candidate will have experience juggling multiple projects while adhering to scope timeline, and budget. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal departments is crucial to success in this role. The Creative Producer / Project Manager will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and with the stellar quality for which DK Global is known.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage project workflow stages from planning, to implementation, and delivery.
- Identify and secure project resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Routinely manage and track day-to-day progress and overall scope progression for projects.
- Create detailed daily forecasts and schedules for creative team members.
- Time track team usage utilizing time-tracking software.
- Assist in ensuring that project status and billing are up to date.
- Draft agreements and purchase orders while maintaining budget.
- Meet with other Project Managers and creative Marketing team to provide updates on project status.
- Communicate and clear any roadblocks in workflow.
- Provide course corrections to help bring the project back on track.
- Provide clear and effective verbal and written communication with legal clients.
- Communicate expectations with team members and follow up on assigned tasks throughout the day.
- Maintain quality control by reviewing all work for internal and external delivery.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years’ of experience in a project management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Windows operating systems.
- Managerial experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving.
- Willingness to switch gears quickly.

Job Type & Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week (this is not a remote position)
Compensation: $65,000 - $102,000 per year
